Automatically collected information
The website from which the customer arrived at our online store, which pages the customer visited, how long the customer stayed, the customer's IP address, and device identification information.
For newsletter subscribers, we can see if they open the newsletter or click links in it. Subscribers are never automatically added; the customer must subscribe themselves.

Usernames and passwords are stored encrypted and their use is monitored. Servers are located in Finland at our partners' premises, which have been audited for security. Servers are protected against data breaches and denial-of-service attacks and are regularly updated.
How long is my data stored?
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy policy. Note that some data must be stored longer due to legal obligations. For example, accounting law may require longer retention periods regardless of whether the material contains personal data.

At the customer's request, we will correct, supplement, anonymize, or delete personal data. The person in the register has the right to be forgotten, meaning we will delete all customer data from our systems. Deletion and anonymization are irreversible, and we cannot restore deleted accounts or handle warranty or liability issues unless the customer has kept receipts. Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that the web browser saves on the user's device. Cookies have a set validity period after which the browser deletes the identifier. We use cookies to provide information and services tailored to our customers' individual needs.
