Delivery time for items in stock is usually only 1–2 days throughout the Europe when fastest delivery method is selected. Orders placed before 4:00 PM on business days will be processed and shipped the same day. Your order will be delivered discreetly under a different sender name, packed in a plain cardboard box without any markings about its contents.
The seller is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as war, natural disasters, export or import restrictions, government decisions, or other similar force majeure events. The buyer is responsible for checking any restrictions on the use or import of products in the destination country.

When selecting an online payment method, the transaction will be redirected to the chosen payment system. Once you have confirmed the payment and returned to the webshop, the payment will be immediately registered as completed with the merchant.
After ordering you will receive an order confirmation by mail. The confirmation is your proof that the order has been received and accepted. The correct email address must be entered in order for you to receive it.
The order confirmation contains information about the goods ordered, the payment method chosen and the total cost incl. Delivery.
You have the right to cancel or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
- Products must be unopened and unused.
- The packaging of the product must not be broken or damaged
- If the product's packaging has a hygiene and/or plastic seal, this must also not be broken.Â
- Return policy does not apply to underwear or intimate products.
- Faulty products will, of course, be replaced with new ones.
The purchase amount will be refunded to your account or the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Returns must include all items originally received in the package. Custom-made products (as indicated in the product information) are non-refundable.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the goods. You may also use the withdrawal form on our website. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice by email and provide detailed return instructions. Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the withdrawal notice and our confirmation.
Important: Never return or leave a package uncollected without a prior return notification. Only return the goods once you have received instructions in response to your notification.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs according to the local postal service rates. Failure to collect a shipment is not the same as cancellation. For uncollected parcels, we will charge a fee of €14.50–€42.50 (for heavy or large parcels there may be an extra fee). These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns must include all items and documents originally supplied in their original condition. Returned goods must be properly packaged, for example in a shipping bag or box. The return label must not be attached directly to the product’s sales packaging. For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal is void if the goods have been used contrary to the duty of care.
If the return conditions are not met, we will charge the customer at least €20. Incomplete returns (see instructions above) will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Once the return conditions are met, the payment will be refunded promptly and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods or after you have provided proof of return shipment. For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed within approximately 24 hours. Refunds will always be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, and no costs will be incurred for the refund process.
Customers outside EU may be subject to additional charges in order to receive their package. Such charges include Customs & Duty charges, VAT/local taxes, etc. The aforementioned fees are the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer, even in case of forced return, i.e. prior to the parcel being delivered to the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
